Fresh apples are processed into cider within one day of their arrival at the Paesana (Cuneo) facility, located at the foot of Mount Monviso. The apples used are 100% Italian Golden Delicious.


The vinegar is carefully bottled and labeled in our 4 factories in the regions of Piemonte, Emilia - Romagna, Veneto and Lazio: the different geo-locations of the facilities have been selected to minimize transportation and its carbon footprint on the final product.
