The fresh apples are transformed into cider within one day from their arrival at the facility of Paesana (Cuneo), at the foot of Mount Monviso. We only choose the top varieties of apples like Golden, Red Delicious, Gala and Ambrosia. Each variety is identified by the suppliers to guarantee full traceability
The vinegar is carefully bottled and labeled in our 4 factories in the regions of Piemonte, Emilia - Romagna, Veneto and Lazio: the different geo-locations of the facilities have been selected to minimize transportation and its carbon footprint on the final product
